Our professional package gives up to 90min of support monthly and our basic package gives 90min of support quarterly (every 3months.)
Your website care plan minimises the likelihood of an issue occurring with your website.
If a problem does occur we will focus our support time on remedying the issue as soon as possible and minimising any downtime.
In the first instance we use your daily backups to restore your website *included if you are hosted with us.
If you are not hosted with us - simply inquiry with us for this extra level of support. click here
Where daily backup are not available we will use your offline backup to restore your website.
We will strive to restore your website inclusive of your plan hours and if any additional time is required we will inform you prior to undertaking additional work.
Yes that is no problem - you can change plan or cancel to suit your needs.
